Having been born in Taiwan and educated in the United States, I have lived and worked across both Asian and Western contexts. Over time, this has shaped how I listen, interpret, and engage with different perspectives — whether it is navigating nuance and hierarchy, or encouraging clarity and directness. It allows me to meet leaders where they are, while helping them expand how they see and work with others across cultures.


25 Years on the Inside
I spent over 25 years inside a global multinational, navigating the politics, the pressure, and the loneliness that comes with senior leadership. I'm not coaching from theory. I've sat in the chair you're sitting in. That lived experience means I understand what you're facing, not just conceptually, but in my bones.
What a Chemistry Session Looks Like
A chemistry session is a free, no-commitment conversation that lasts 30 to 45 minutes. There's no pitch, no pressure, and no obligation to continue.
I'll ask about what brought you here, what you're navigating right now, and what “success” looks like for you. You'll get a sense of how I work, and whether our styles click. Most people leave with at least one concrete insight, whether or not we end up working together.
If we decide to move forward, coaching engagements typically run for 6 to 12 sessions. Each session is tailored to where you are and what you need. I bring structure, honest feedback, and a belief in your potential that you may not feel yet yourself.
Everything we discuss is completely confidential. This is your space, and your agenda drives the work.
